Individual Office

The Hub offers offices in varying sizes. Because it is a location created for start-up and expanding businesses, there are certain requirements.  Those requirements are listed on the application form.  A business plan is also required for all applicants. If a potential tenant does not have a Business Plan, the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will work with you.  The SDBC is an in-house partner of The Hub.  Please give us a call or fill out the information on “Contact Us” to obtain for more information.
